Setting up a clinic is easy and we work with you to determine dates and locations. Vaccines are administered by our team of healthcare practitioners.
We do not charge organizations or members a fee for onsite immunization clinics*. The vaccine does carry a cost, which can be discussed with your event coordinator. Our goal is to provide you and your members with a smooth, convenient, and positive immunization experience. Therefore, we prefer 15 business days’ notice, but we may be able to accommodate a request for a shorter time frame.

Most individuals 5+ are eligible for a booster dose five months after completing their 2nd dose.
However, immunocompromised individuals are eligible for an additional booster three months after their 3rd dose.
Anyone 50+ or 12+ and immunocompromised or received Janssen COVID-19 vaccine as their first dose and booster dose is now recommended to receive a 2nd booster vaccination of Pfizer or Moderna four months after their 1st booster.
We don't charge for on-site vaccination clinics. The vaccine itself carries a cost (often billed through insurance) that you can discuss with your event coordinator.
You choose the clinic location. We offer several safe options including a drive-thru clinic at your facility's parking lot or an alternate site clinic.
